The service which can be used in a flexible and responsive manner also offers the advantage of minimising disruptions to family members and the person with disability.Outreach Services
Outreach supports individuals living independently in the community by supporting and developing independent living skills.
Outreach support is available for:
- budgeting
- menu planning
- shopping
- maintaining health and wellbeing
- recreation support
- orientation into local community
- travel training
- access to further education and employment
Outreach services support people to:
- live outside staffed residential accommodation
- remain living in their own homes
- move to more independent living arrangements
